Magnolia Farms InternshipsWe offer a limited number of internships each year for people who are seriously interested in learning about organic farming.
Interns will learn about organic farming, goat herd management, raising pasture raised poultry, making soaps and lotions with goat milk, cheese making, and other useful skills for sustainable, organic horticulture. They also assist in sales in the farm market and learn to host guests to the farm.
Our interns work a 30 hour work week, with a stipend based on their experience and contribution to the farm. Meals are
provided. Two days off each week. Interns must be capable of lifting 50 lb hay bales, and putting in a day's work on the farm. Interns may bring an RV, or stay in the teepees in the camping area. (Hot showers and facilities are available in the camping area.)
If you are interested, email us with your qualifications and a statement of interest.
